Refund / Exchange Policy
In accordance with Section 6 of the Adverse Trade Practices Order 2000 of Trinidad & Tobago, these goods are sold subject to the following terms:
Merchandise which has been worn, washed, ironed or altered will not be refunded. All refunds or exchanges must be done in store, at any of our locations.
Any merchantable goods returned within 7 days with its receipt, original packaging & tags will be refunded or exchanged.
These terms do not affect the customers statutory rights by virtue of sections 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Sale of Goods Act.
